If you are reporting an error

Say which page, and what it should say instead. If you can add a source — a patch note, a developer post, a repeatable in-game check — the fix goes up much faster, because the slow part is verification, not editing.

This is the message type we prioritise. Given how much unverified Hero and recipe data circulates for DragonSword: Awakening, reader corrections are a meaningful part of how this site stays accurate.

If two sources disagree

Send both. Conflicting community information about ability kits and ailment types is common for this game, and we would rather publish that a detail is disputed, with both claims shown, than silently pick the more popular one. Contradictions are useful to us, not an inconvenience.

Other things worth sending

Guide requests. Something you looked for and could not find explained properly. These shape the queue more than our own guesses do.

Broken pages. Dead links, images that do not load, mobile layout problems — include your device and browser.

Reuse. Short quotes with attribution and a link are fine. Ask first for anything longer.

Outside what we can help with

• Game support. Crashes, purchases, account issues, refunds — that is Hound13 Inc., through the Steam store page. We have no access and cannot escalate anything.
• Cheats, exploits, piracy. We do not cover them.
• Anything unreleased. No early builds, no embargoed material, no insider information.

Reply times

A few days is typical; factual corrections are faster. If a page is actively misleading people, put that in the subject line.

Worth reading first

The about page sets out how information here is sourced and why certain tables — full recipes, complete Hero kits, tier rankings — are deliberately absent. That covers a lot of what gets asked.
